Subscription terms and conditions
By checking this box, you agree to the following terms for your counselling subscription.
  1. Your subscription renews automatically every week or every month based on the option you choose when booking.
  2. The first payment is charged immediately. Future renewals are charged automatically at the start of each new billing period.
  3. A weekly subscription with 2 sessions per week receives about 10% off the weekly total. A weekly subscription with 3 sessions per week receives about 15% off the weekly total.
  4. A monthly subscription with 2 sessions per month receives about 10% off the monthly total. A monthly subscription with 3 or more sessions per month receives about 15% off the monthly total.
  5. You must create and maintain a client account to manage your subscription, payments, appointments, and account details.
  6. Included sessions must be scheduled during the active billing period. Unused sessions are not guaranteed beyond the active period unless confirmed in writing.
  7. If a payment fails, the system retries it on the next 2 consecutive days. If payment still fails after those retries, the subscription is canceled immediately.
  8. You agree to keep your payment details accurate and up to date and remain responsible for appointments booked through your account.
  9. Appointment cancellations or changes remain subject to the practice’s general booking rules and actual availability.
